Q: CAN I PAY IN MY OWN CURRENCY?
A: Yes, current countries supported to allow checkout in their currency are: US, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, UK, and Europe. If your country is not listed in the currency dropdown prices will be USD.
Q: WHAT CAN I EXPECT WHEN I PURCHASE A CLASS?
A: All classes will include a LIVE tutor teaching English through the computer. The amount of students per class will vary based on how many students enroll that week.
Q: WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO ATTEND A CLASS?
A: All our classes will require you to have a computer and steady / reliable internet connection. We ask that you are in a quiet area to allow you to focus. We do encourage all our students to bring a pen and paper as writing out the words and sentences can fast-track your learning.
Q: HOW DO I KNOW WHAT TIME CLASS STARTS IF IT IS HKT AND I AM IN A DIFFERENT TIMEZONE?
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I BOUGHT A CLASS CAMP BUT CANNOT MAKE A CLASS?
A: If for some reason you are unable to attend a class, please email email@example.com and we will reschedule you in a future class.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY CLASS CAMP IS OVER AND I WANT TO CONTINUE LEARNING?
A: Currently we are offering the same Class Camps each week - if you wish to progress your learning to phase 2, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: WILL I GET THE SAME TUTOR FOR ALL MY CLASSES?
A: Our priority is providing you with the best tutors to give you the best learning experience. Our tutors are assigned to a Class Camp but if for an unknown reason they are unable to attend a class, there will be a sub-tutor filling in.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
A: Unfortunately we do not offer any refunds. We will always cater to your schedule - we offer 9 classes per day. If you realize you bought a Class Camp or individual class that does not align with your schedule, please email email@example.com and we can move you to a future class or Class Camp.
